Yesterday's training was breathless.Warm-up with panda and buddy(: swam like one lap only and was panting for breath. pathetic much. Had the 50m IM again for 6 times. next was distance-800m freestlye and backstroke drill. warm down after that. buddy and panda made me finish my 200m warm down when i didnt want too:( grab our stuff and went to bathe.
Coach fetched panda home and me and buddy to compass inter-change. siad bye to buddy there and town-ed after that.

Met mum, sis and aunt at taka for lunch. Went to far east after that. im telling you me and sis going to town= not productive at all. was suppose to buy clothes for my aunt's wedding dinner but we bought non but instead bought a pair of shoe. home-ed after that.
