Two words: Hot! Tiring! Todays weather was bloody hot im telling you. was perspiring for the whole morning. Training was super tiring. coach made me swim with dawn and yenton 12sets of 100m and i had practically less than 15 seconds to rest!thanks ar coach. after the sprint sets, me peiyu and panda suddenly went super high. was laughing and laughing through the short sprints. did a few more sprints and training was over(:
