Today is officially the start of the school holidays (: woke up at 11am today. gosh i think i slept too much.After that slacked around the house and at around 230 left house to go for training. Training was quite breathless. had warm up 400m breaststroke and 200m freestyle. than had 500m the kicking thing. After that was 7 sets of 100m sprint. was tiring!! at the end we had relay and training was over(:
