todae woke up at 6.45am 5than gt ready to go for training.training we did 2,4,6,8.200m kick, 400m swim, 600m sprint 15m 15m, 800m pulling than 1 set 25m sprint.after that went to hm with peiyu yen ton and charmaine to eat breakfast cum lunch and now im home.
