today woke up at 7am didnt wan to wake up but still mus wake up cause gt training.trainig did 1000m kick for warm up than did 4sets of butterfly free butterfly breast damn tired lah after that gt 50m sprinting. came home than practice and practice my organ pieces cause 2moro gt exam lets hope i can pass.
