k so long never post liao 2 lazy lah so today must post.yesterday gt training dam slack lah coach ask us to do diving me me and clarice cannot dive lah so athena make us do it over and over again whao lao is lyk so pain lah caause donno how to dive.today gt 2.4 km run came in 14th position still ok lah than went out with lyndsey and xiao tong to tm after that went for cat class ang swimming. today swimming so dam freakin lah first time swin warm up still ok than after that swam with andy , samuel and wateva his name is first time swim hand gt tangled with andy's ids lyk so sick lah than after that he kick my leg dam pain lah.when split into groups andy tok so much crap loah but some was dam funny lah thats all for today wao 1time post type so long k don tok so much liao wan to go and watch tv.
